Abstract
Primary ovarian carcinoma associated with pregnancy is rare, because ovarian carcinoma is most common in the age group older than 50. The incidence during all pregnancies is from 1:7,600 to 1:50000 pregnancies The diagnosis is usually fotuitous; the patient usually undergoes laparotomy for an adnexal mass that is subsequently found to be malignant. Therapy depends mostly on the age of gestation and tumor stage. We have experienced two cases of primary ovarian carcinoma associated with pregnancy, and report with the brief review of the literature.
