Congenital intestinal atresia is a relatively rare lesion, occuring in one of 5,000 births. Fetus with congenital intestinal atresia, which often allows a good quality of life after the postnatal surgical correction, largely benefit from the serial prenatal sonographic examination. We experienced 2 cases of jejunal atresia diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography, so we present with brief reviews of the literatures. |
