A case of torsion of an omental leiomyoma misdiagnosed as torsion of an adnexal mass.

Abstract

Omental leiomyoma is a rare disease. It is usually found incidentally without specific symptoms. But we experienced a specific case of torsion of an omental leiomyoma misdiagnosed as torsion of an adnexal mass. So we report the case with references.
