METHODS: A retrospective study was performed of all cases with a prenatal diagnosis of fetal CCALM from January 1998 to December 2002. RESULTS: There were 25 CCALM cases. Mean gestational age at diagnosis was 22.4 weeks. All cases except 1 case arised from unilateral lung and 11 cases arised from right lung. Twenty-one pregnancies continuned until term. Regression of the sonographic appearance was observed in 11cases (44%). No adverse sequelae are evident in newborn. CONCLUSION: Most cases of prenatally diagnosed CCALM have had a good outcome.
